Refund Policy

We want you to love your BOCO boneless couch. Because our couches are large furniture items, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or personal preference. Please review our policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

1. Eligible Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery only if your product:

  • Arrives damaged or defective.

  • Is the wrong item.

How to start a return: Email support@bonelesscouch.co with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Please report any transit damage within 48 hours of delivery for a faster resolution.

What is NOT eligible:

  • Change of mind or preference.

  • Damage caused after delivery, improper use, or normal wear and tear.

  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences.

2. Exchanges & Solutions

If your product has a verified defect or damage, we will review it case-by-case and offer:

  • A replacement part or product.

  • A repair solution.

  • An exchange (when applicable).

3. Refunds & Shipping

  • Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Before 3 Hours: You can cancel your order for a full refund anytime within 3 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't shipped.

  • After 12 Hours (Before Shipping): Cancellations made after 12 hours but before dispatch will incur a $100 USD administrative fee to cover logistics and processing costs.

  • After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
